I LOVED Dr Casey. She’s always been so kind so this review is strictly regarding her office staff, not her WHAT SO EVER. I had called to request my medical records be transferred to a new doctor. I switched providers because the wait time is over a hour to see doctor casey and I’m a busy working mom. Anyways, They said we will fax them over no problem. Just had a very unpleasant conversation with Lorena in the office. First off she calls me and tells me over the phone i have an infection and I’m asking questions and she’s like it’s an infection. it’s normal. I asked to talk to the dr bc she’s being rude and she starts laughing at me. Very very unprofessional. *UPDATE* Called this morning to figure out what I needed and I told the girl all about what happened. No apology nothing… smh

Worst doctor I have ever seen! This office sent me for someone else’s tests! Yes, they confused me with another patient, sending me for her testing… including down to the hospital for a spinal tap! When the mistake was found, I made 3 attempts to talk w/ Dr. Casey about it. She never returned any of my attempts. The reason why this mistake was made repeatedly?! I was told it was because no one ever checked my birthdate, or the other patients birthdate when these tests were being scheduled, and the other patient has a similar... read more
