I have been seeing Dr. Casey for years and she is one of best doctors I've ever had. She actually listens to you, her and the office staff are very accommodating, the office is very clean, she doesn't rush you out of the appointment, and they didn't mind me bringing my son asking to appointments which means a lot as a single parent. I could not recommend her more.
This Dr takes on way too many patients. If you are a new or old patient expect to be at the office for at least an hour and 30 minutes- 2 hours for a regular appointment.. just to see the doctor for 5 minutes.
I find Dr. Casey one of the best in her field. She is very knowledgable and compassionate and has been my doctor for many many years. I have recommended her to my friends who have thanked me for helping them to find a family doctor. Her staff is exceptional and personable, treating all with respect and care.
Just had a very unpleasant conversation with Lorena in the office. First off she calls me and tells me over the phone i have an infection and I’m asking questions and she’s like it’s an infection. it’s normal. I asked to talk to the dr bc she’s being rude and she starts laughing at me. Very very unprofessional. *UPDATE* Called this morning to figure out what I needed and I told the girl all about what happened. Dr Casey is very thorough with her exams. Office personnel are very friendly and professional.
