If I could give Dr. Sundaram's office 100 stars I would - Dr. Sundaram sat with me for 45 minutes and answered all the questions I came with. She was reassuring, empathetic, and extremely knowledgeable. The office staff is also very accommodating, responsive, and knowledgeable (even about lab testing, which I had called to clarify about)). Highly recommend aura endocrinology, especially for any younger women with PCOS.
This has been one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a medical provider. Dr. Sundaram is the first doctor who has truly made me feel seen and heard as a plus-size Black woman. She not only cares about my diagnosis (Graves’ disease), but also about my overall well-being, which I deeply appreciate. I visited the offices twice in 2024 and had positive experiences, but recently have been waiting three weeks for responses in the patient portal and also have called and left 2 voicemails to the office with no call back or response, so I'm very disappointed with the lack of communication or ability to reach them in any reasonable timeframe. UPDATE - after the review was posted, they reached out to apologize, discuss staffing issues and schedule me an appointment.
I have had very positive experiences with Aura Endocrinology. Dr. Nina Sundaram is knowledgeable and experienced as well as kind and caring. I am very happy with the care she provides
