I visited the offices twice in 2024 and had positive experiences, but recently have been waiting three weeks for responses in the patient portal and also have called and left 2 voicemails to the office with no call back or response, so I'm very disappointed with the lack of communication or ability to reach them in any reasonable timeframe. UPDATE - after the review was posted, they reached out to apologize, discuss staffing issues and schedule me an appointment.
I have had very positive experiences with Aura Endocrinology. Dr. Nina Sundaram is knowledgeable and experienced as well as kind and caring. I am very happy with the care she provides
