If I could give this place a zero I would horrible customer service does not listen to what the customer wants nails ugly and chunky do not look professionally done

THEY NEVER OPEN WHEN THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO OPEN ! Been calling them since 10. No answer. And this isn’t the first time. If you don’t want to open on time then you need to change your HOURS!
Never going back again the lady who was working on me she was nice but was working very ruff on my nails it didn’t come out to be how I wanted I wish I can get my money back it had been 5 hours since I got them done my nails are hurting it looks like my 5 years old sister did my nails it was a simple French tip and she couldn’t even do it like I was want to cry because I wasted my money.😓 If I could give dis nail 0 stars in here I will have do it.🤬 I hope they see it and give me a refine.😒😓
