When you call. You have to wait a few months to be seen, then in the waiting room I had two wait almost two hours yo see the ent. Staff is disorganized, if you call to ask questions your left in hold for a long long time. I called to schedule a procedure that the doctor recommended for my son. They gaf already done a CT of the nose, and when I called they acted like that had no idea what procedure the doctor recommended, they said they would ask the doctor and get back to me and they never did. Muy irresponsable esperamos 6 meses para la cita y salio con que no iba a estar nos atendio otro especialista, puso cita para dos meses, pues que siempre no otra cita para otros dos meses, sugirió cirugía esperamos casi dos meses todo programada y una semana antes nos cancela, nos reagenda para dos meses después y un mes antes salio con que siempre no lo podía operar ella que volviera con medico pediatra para que lo refiriera a otro lugar, un año y medio tirado a la basura ahora empezar de 0 con otro especialista.
