Very satisfied with the work
Extremely rude front desk staff. I changed my pcp because the woman who I spoke to. If you can't be kind to patients you shouldn't be in the service industry.
I would like to address my recent experience with the front desk staff and management. I found their behavior to be unprofessional, particularly being interrupted during conversation and, most concerningly, being hung up on. I am disappointed that my request was met with such disrespect, especially as I am simply requesting the return of my records. Due to these interactions, I will no longer be seeing Dr. Torkelson and request that my records be released to me promptly.
