This doctor is patient and caring she DOES NOT LACK empathy and sympathy for me and she helps and I know she has a lot of patients and a family life ...thank you for taking care of me with unwavering love and support I stayed here because if Dr.Erica Espinoza and Dr.Nina Torkildson...also the PAs thru are caring and I chose this place because of them and Dr Antonio Martinez so many here are the best!!!!
Her staff refuse to let me see my dr.......BECAUSE I OWE ANOTHER DR MONEY! I have Dr's & specialists all over and my insurance. A DIFFERENT office & I are in an insurance dispute for the charge. (Doesn't pertain to my PRIMARY CARE PROVIDER) ive been in the hospital 3 times in a week, I cant see my obgyn because I'm required to get a referral from the office that refuses to see me! The front staff sucks from rude to putting you on hold for 25+ mins sometimes they don't answer it's headache with that clinic. never sent the prescription when I asked , I called 5 times for my prescription never got it so I found another Dr.
Very satisfied with the work
Extremely rude front desk staff. I changed my pcp because the woman who I spoke to. If you can't be kind to patients you shouldn't be in the service industry.
