Awful office staff, very disorganized. They just don’t care.
BEST DR. EVER!.... She listens to your problems. She tries to actually figure out what she can do to help. Dr. Paletta takes her time not a rush job on a 15min time ticker. VERY SMART. Great with her patients. We all love her to pieces so friendly and warm making you feel comfortable to talk to.
Dr Paletta may be the best Doctor in the world but I will never see her. There is no one in her office to speak to as a new patient. You can leave a message in a VM which promises a possible return call within 30 days for an appt booking within 6 months. No idea what insurance is accepted? Is this the state of medicine in Bluffton?
