This was my first time with Ms Nina, she accepted my same day appointment request. Upon arrival, there were 3 ladies all working on clients. So there was a little wait which I had no problem with. The environment was clean and everyone was nice with good energy. Once it was my turn, I picked my color, length, and showed the ladies how I wanted it curled at the ends. Nina and other braiders started on time. Salon is clean and inviting. I received what I asked for. Very pleased.
Nina does great braids if you want quality work chose her grat job!!!!!!
I was undecided on how I wanted my hair or who to get to do it due to the fact I’m new to the area. I got lost trying to find the location (I have no sense of directions), Mrs. Nina stayed on the phone with me until I made it. Most people would’ve hung up on me.
