After years of purchasing Nina shoes I questions whether I will again. Order #369986 had no indication on the website it was final sale. I wouldn't have purchased them in the same style two different sizes if I knew that I couldn't return them I'm a senior who can't afford to keep two pairs of shoes that don't fit.
Just bought a stunning handbag and pair of high heels for my wife for a wedding we are going to, the gold handbag and shoes look amazing together!

I bougth a pair of shoes, advertised as size 10. They arrived and are too small, i order size 10 and they send me an small 40...i asked customer service for return receipt or instructions, but never get an answer. Bad for this company.
Beware...ordered 2 pairs of shoes and expedited shipping. After the order was placed they cancelled one pair of the shoes and then still shipped the other pair. I paid $26 in shipping for a $17 pair of shoes. They didnt even giVe me an option to cancel the order. wHY WOLD I PAY MORE FOR THE SHIPPING THEN THE SHOES? HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
