I had visited them and realized Nina wasn’t there so I had showed about 4/5 different styles to the lady who was there but she ended up declining most of them because she was unable to do it so I told the lady I would like to come back and schedule an appointment for tomorrow morning with Nina.. she had agreed to tell her and my boyfriend even called Nina to solidify the appointment. Very unprofessional. I was there by 10:43 and I left by 6:22. I came early because I planned to leave on time. And she braided it and left me there for about 2 hours to finish another customers hair. I'm absolutely disappointed. I asked for knowtless and she gave me box braids. It's just a lot...I don't recommend
