If I could give a zero star, I would!! The lady left my hair midway to do another client! Had me waiting for almost an hour until I complained. Mind you, I had to hairstylist for 2 hours before she could get to the salon and they kept lying to me just so they could keep me waiting. Worst customer service ever!!
I had visited them and realized Nina wasn’t there so I had showed about 4/5 different styles to the lady who was there but she ended up declining most of them because she was unable to do it so I told the lady I would like to come back and schedule an appointment for tomorrow morning with Nina.. she had agreed to tell her and my boyfriend even called Nina to solidify the appointment.
