Upon entering this spa you are immediately welcomed by amazing organic modern decor. I received three different services and all were amazing. As a woman of color I was hesitant but now I am a true believer of all the services offered for a better me. I am still shocked by my results and can't wait to go back see Kathy and her team! Everything was worth the investment.
10/10 would recommend NIMS medspa to anyone! Kathy was extremely knowledgable and helpful during the consultation process and was also patient with me being so indecisive. I can't wait to go back!

After watching NIMS Medspa TikTok and Instagram while debating taking the leap with lip fillers. I finally made my appointment with no more hesitation. Actual Results. I wanted to wait a full week before posting this review. So far, I’ve gotten 1 treatment of aerolase and 1 week on a combination cream. When I tell you, I haven’t seen my skin push the needle this fast and effective ever - baby! Nurse Kathy was so informative, patient, and neurodivergent friendly.
