Very attentive!
I met Dr. Bains when my mother was at Hamilton. She walked in, introduced herself, and started making changes. One of the changes she made was to lower my mother’s oxygen level without considering whether her oxygen level was being monitored. My mother’s oxygen level was never lowered that much in one day. The controversial part is that she said my mother was retaining fluid in her heart, and knew my mother had CHF. You put those two together and you have a patient who may struggle to breathe.
