I had a scheduled surgery they were supposed to transport me to. I woke up at 4 AM to a missed call and missed text from 1:12 AM. Mind you, there was no way for me to be up at that time of morning when I needed to be up at 4 AM to get ready. Our driver today was David Smith. His service was sincerely above & beyond my expectations. His driving skills gwere beyond reproach in every way. We'd been at Ronald McDonald House for a week so my daughter could receive hospital care. We were tired, strung out and weary.
