The nail artist was very skilled at replicating the design I wanted and super sweet but management needs improvement. They took over a week to respond to my message which ok is understandable. But then, the washroom is so dirty, the whole salon is super dusty, many tools seemed uncleaned. The atmosphere is super chill but the quality of work and the cleanliness of the salon are not consistent with the price. Nice enough staff, but they aren't always open during their scheduled hours, so it's hard to use it as a pick up spot for online orders (I've been waiting outside for 2 hours at this point)

This salon handles zillabeau Canada and I recently received my order from them. I ordered a full set of tiny polishes and the girls were so sweet when I picked up parts of my order. They even delivered the rest for me. Their communication was fast and helped the process go very smooth. Ordering online and picking up was also very easy. The salon inside is also super cute and clean. I definitely would recommend buying nail products here.
