I would give a zero star if possible. The office staff Sandy treats the patients absolutely terribly. Worst ever experience. Will not recommend him to anyone, ever!

Dr. Ram has been my primary physician for 40 years and has provided great medical care. However, during the last five years, his wife Sandy who administers the operation (appointments, refills, etc) has become VERY difficult to deal with: She's very curt and doesn't give you a chance to talk much. If you don't go along with her appointment proposal, she huffs and puffs and is obviously unhappy.
