Had the privilege to see how amazing Dr Patel is! Today I accompanied two family members with moderate levels of English to act as a translator, and Dr Patel welcomed us all with open arms. He was patient, kind and willing to work through the language barriers as well as work with me to properly communicate the care my family members needed. He explained the necessary steps for care and treatment amazingly and the atmosphere left a lasting impact of "Wow, this was a great experience" for all of us!
