Dr Dyal is an awesome Dr and the girls in the front very polite and pleasant but I can't say the same for management and authorization department. You call and they never answered phones, you leave messages and they don't return your calls either, they always wait to the last minute to request authorization and they expect the patients to be in charge of requesting it to the insurance and the primary in other words they are lazy and don't want to do their jobs.Also constantly lying to patients major lack of communication in ... read more
I have been a patient of Dr. Dayal for years. He is respectful and thoughtful. He takes time to explain my progress and answer my questions in a manner that shows he cares. I would highly recommended his services.
I have seen Dr. Dayal for several years. What a relieving feeling to have a Dr. That doesn't keep his/her hand on the door while you are talking. He takes the time to listen , then offers his professional option for care THANX SO MUCH!
I just had my first appointment with Dr. Dayal, and he was AMAZING. I've never felt so heard or like the person talking to me was actually confident about the diagnosis and treatment. So I just cried tears of joy in my car after I walked out. He works hand in hand with his nurse practitioner, Glory, who is like a supercomputer of a human being.
