Awesome office
Incompetent and unprofessional. Sent me home with faulty sleep test equipment. Response when I returned it next morning: "oh, yeah, that's been happening a lot lately." And then they went ahead and read it even though I told them I had not been asleep at all with the equipment on. I recently got an email asking me for money! Also, they never return calls when a message is left. Their billing dept. never returns calls either; at front desk I was told the billing dept. never returns their calls either.
I just love this office to shelbi up front is just the sweetest thing, so welcoming just a outstanding person she is, same goes with Dr Valenzuela I do miss Chris he was wonderful.
Love shelbi, So sweet and makes everyone around her laugh and feel appreciated. Love this office would recommend to everyone!!! so welcoming and she always has a positive attitude when other people don’t
