Dr. Patel is a wonderful, knowledgeable pulmonologist who really listens and helped my husband get a proper CPAP machine and equipment as well as other tests to help him with his shortness of breath and fatigue. The staff which includes Jami (NP), Crystal, Felicia, Cassie and Shelby are also very knowledgeable, helpful and kind! We highly recommend Nimbus Health!
Even after having a doctor referral I have been unable to make contact with nimbus! Yall got to be the worst at answering your phones! If yall cant even talk to me... Suggestion says you won't listen to my health needs & will recommend what you wish without thorough exam! Idk what's wrong with the medical department after covid but yall keep contributing to it instead of processing! Seriously how hard is it to answer 1 phone call in over a week period?
I had an appointment at 1:30. The doctor promised me wish you would have oxygen oxygen. They have not even faxed over to my insurance company. I spoke to them on Friday and I know Declan’s early on Fridays but no one wanted to stay there for five minutes so I will without oxygen all weekend. My oxygen is in the low 80s.. I’m trying to get the Prescott Valley office to help me hopefully fax it to my insurance company
Dr Patel is very nice. Asked questions so that he could get to know me as it was my first time at Nimbus. All of the staff was very friendly and future appointments were set up with ease.
I am disappointed in Nimbus Health. My insurance company ordered me to have a sleep study and my doctors office referred me to Nimbus Health. They set me up to do a home sleep study, which I did. When the bill came, my insurance would not pay anything. I enquired of Nimbus why my insurance wouldn't pay and they said, "it wasn't covered under my plan". I called my insurance company and they told me the reason is wasn't covered is because Nimbus Health is not Home Sleep Accredited. Nimbus failed to tell me this part in their r... read more
