I was in ICU with Septic shock, Legionnaires Disease and respiratory failure for over a month. Dr Patel is absolutely the best! He and the rest of the team saved my life!!! Many people die from any one of those diagnoses!!! Very caring and an excellent physician. I highly recommend him to anybody suffering from lung issues!!!
Dr. Patel is amazing! Very down to earth and genuinely cares for his patients. I just have one feedback for the Indian lady at the reception, she gives incorrect information to patients without checking first. Happened once, I ignored because she is human. Happened second time, when I went to collect important documents, she handed incomplete docs and left out the most important one. She didn’t even apologize.
Waited for my fiancés appointment for over two months for a sleep apnea evaluation..arrive for the appointment to see a sign on the door that the office is closed for training all week. Not one phone call to cancel or reschedule? COMPLETELY unacceptable and unprofessional. We will be finding a different provider. I hope part of the training involved scheduling.
Dr Patel is a excellent doctor I have gone to him for years and highly recommend him
