We hired Nimble Construction Services to replace damaged framing and exterior siding, as well as repair a damaged garage door at our main entrance. Their workmanship was superb, efficiently handling the repairs and replacing all damaged materials. Additionally, they tackled interior drywall replacement and refreshed both the interior and exterior paint of the building to perfection. Assaad has strung us along for nearly a year. I realized too late that he had no intention to follow through on our project and lacked the decency to let us know. Everything costs a great deal more now and we are sitting on two unusable bathrooms (same condition as when we began) and a ton of materials in the garage. I suspect the engineering and all that got to be too much for him and he wasn't able to say so to us. I am still waiting for him to professionally say "I can't handle this project." Assaad has been very great to work with. Definitely use Nimble if you are looking for a general contractor.
