We hired Nimble Construction Services to replace damaged framing and exterior siding, as well as repair a damaged garage door at our main entrance. Their workmanship was superb, efficiently handling the repairs and replacing all damaged materials. Assaad has strung us along for nearly a year. I realized too late that he had no intention to follow through on our project and lacked the decency to let us know. Everything costs a great deal more now and we are sitting on two unusable bathrooms (same condition as when we began) and a ton of materials in the garage. I suspect the engineering and all that got to be too much for him and he wasn't able to say so to us. I am still waiting for him to professionally say "I can't handle this project."
