Had a basic check up. They ordered me a CT scan but entered my address incorrectly. Its been 5 weeks and I have called 5 times and I still don't have an updated CT scan appointment somewhere that's actually close to where I live.
This review is not for the doctor. He is great. This is regarding my front desk experience. I had two medications that needed a pre authorization. I called and was cut off before being asked my name and told it’s being worked on. Which confused me because how do you know who I am. Then the person asked my name and then told me again they are working on it. I waited a whole week and no call. So I call and find out the pre authorization was never being worked on.
