During my experience, Dr. Calaf would get offended if I asked questions and wanted more clarification about my health or something she answered that I didn't quite understand. She would take offense to my request or questions and made me feel extremely uncomfortable when asking questions and being concerned for MY OWN HEALTH. People should be comfortable and feel comfortable at all times when communicating with your primary doctor.

Very Bad first time patients experience. Don’t go to this Dr. never confirm my appointment, everything for first time patients is set up via text. If you don’t set your information up via text, they will not give an appointment nor will they call you to inform you of that information. Then when I tried to call the office, the number is not listed, you have to hunt the number down. Dr. Calaf is the best PCP i have ever had . She cares about my concerns and gives great bed side manner even in the office . The office is always clean .
I genuinely love this Dr but it’s the front desk and customer experience that is really lacking. I’ve been with this doctor for about 3 years now and while she is a really good doctor she goes through staff too often to ever have a “good” experience. I spoke to someone and made an appointment a week out when I arrived even though the FD person looked confused did not say anything to me.
