Dr. Maboudi was very thorough and professional in her examination of my eyes. She has a wonderful manner and took the time to answer my concerns and questions completely. A special eye test was required and she called me that night to explain the results and where we needed to go from there. She was recommended to me by a physician. I called after hours over the weekend, for an RX that for some reason had been discontinued. Dr. Maboudi took my information and told me she would call a new RX in. I gave her the phone number of the pharmacy and then she blew me off. Didn't call in the RX and I am stuck all through the weekend (why call her back????). Don't be on call if you can't do your part. Believe it or not your patients (or in this case other Drs patients) can not call in a new RX you have the expertise and that is why we rely on you.
I saw Dr Maboudi after I learned Dr Reed is retiring. She is very competent, had some good suggestions for me, gave me a script for glasses which is spot on, and has a great bedside manner!!!! Highly recommend.
