I had a very pleasant visit. The attention to my needs was addressed with over the top care. I didn't feel rushed and left feeling all my questions were answered.
I appreciate being able to schedule an appointment to have my hearing aids serviced the day after scheduling. The place i normally go to, I’ve left messages and no one calls back. Thank you so much for getting my “ears” working again! Just in time for me to help with baseball Allstars games this weekend.
*relieved sigh* What a difference it is to have an audiologist that cares and makes every effort to help her clients feel good about their hearing devices, and can help them hear clearly. Being able to hear has such a huge impact on my daily life. She immediately troubleshot a few things and ended up repairing my hearing aids in house without having to send them in. 🥹☺️ I can hear so much more clearly now. I really missed them and realized how much of a difference the technology in the newer aids compared to my old back up... read more
