Joy and her office staff are awesome. They do everything in their power to make you feel comfortable. They really attempt to take care of veterans. I consider them to be my audiology go to team
Thank you so much to Nilsson Audiology for coming through for me in a big way yesterday. Even though they had a had a full schedule, they managed to help me out after my cat had chewed up my hearing aids. Upon learning it would take a couple weeks to get them repaired I was desperate. They graciously provided me a pair to wear in the interim while mine were being serviced. I am so appreciative of the patience and graciousness with which I was dealt.
What a wonderful caring team of people. Joy, is a joy and full of knowledge and wisdom about your insurance and your hearing health. She even suggested another facility who would take my insurance and co-pay. I was very pleased and happy I went there for my hearing test. As I can see
I had a very pleasant visit. The attention to my needs was addressed with over the top care. I didn't feel rushed and left feeling all my questions were answered.
