Nilson Van and Storage did a wonderful job helping us move from their customer service to the move itself. Karen did a wonderful job through out the consultation and ensuring all our questions were answered in regards to packing. Theresa made sure to follow up all throughout the process, making sure everything was taken care of prior to the crew arriving to even after, which was very much needed in the chaos of moving! #125563 was parked outside my house, when they were moving the people next door. They blocked the entire section off to where nobody passed that house could get home. Their movers then proceeded to scream at me saying that I was causing them a problem because other people had been going about this whole day. When in the picture you can see nobody can get through.

If it was possible to give no stars we would. We had multiple broken items, they threw boxes, and left marks on our walls. One of the movers ended up stealing my wife’s wedding ring in our bathroom where they weren’t permitted to be in up stairs. I had them all on camera from my security system in the house and had all the license plate numbers. I called them multiple times being put on hold and leaving voice messages trying to file claims with them and was either turned away or told “what do you want us to do about it.” Do ... read more
