First and foremost, I want to start this review by saying this was one of the smoothest moves we have had during my husbands 20 years in the military. The packers were pleasant, as were the loaders. The driver was courteous, and even provided us with an update on when he arrived to our destination. The reason for the 2 stars: When we arrived at our destination and unpacked 2 pieces of my valuable/sentimental jewelry were missing from the boxes I stored them in. My husband and I hired Mayflower (through this agent) when we lived in North Myrtle Beach. This was in October of 2021. Out things were to be stored for 6 months. Then moved into our home in Elizabethton Tennessee . We purchased the highest level of insurance that Mayflower offered through Unigroup one of their companies. It was for damages as well as replacement .
