Upon initial entrance into the building , I was advised to stand in line to wait before even getting to Dr. Tapia’s office. Customer service was not optimal and I was treated without professional courtesy or regard. I had never been in the building before and didn’t know where I was going or the procedure, but their main concern was making sure that I gave them money before I saw the doctor. Doesn't treat fibromyalgia, I found that out at the end of my visit with him. Wasted my time and money.
Overall a great provider who was willing to work with me to try and find the root cause of my symptoms.
My first visit with Dr. Tapia was very thorough and he listened to my issues and provided answers and willingness to help figure out what is going on with my immune system… very friendly and willing to help.
