Have received quite a lot of former clients from here, coming to me to fix their haircuts colors and highlights. Honestly, the amount of fixing jobs that I do is keeping my own shop very busy. A new client came to me recently from here and they chemically burned her hair from bleach, done 3 times in 2 months and there are foil lines all through the hair, looked like a rushed job awful results. Over priced for what the clients are getting.
I specifically asked for a leave-in conditioner without a strong scent and was recommended a product by staff. After using it once, I realized it had a very strong fragrance and wasn’t suitable. When I returned to exchange it, I was told no exceptions could be made because it had been opened. While I understand general return policies, this was purchased based on staff guidance after clearly explaining what I needed. I’m disappointed there was no effort to offer a solution or goodwill exchange.
Could not be happier with my visit. I enjoy getting very traditional masculine short hair haircuts and for the longest time I've had people push me to "go more feminine." Frustrated at not being listened to, I went here on recommendation. Store is extremely neat and well organized and staff are very business oriented at the cash but the hair stylists are professional and, most importantly, they do as instructed without judging you.
