First phone conversation, Ms. Nilles had a Dr. appt. Was supposed to call back… never did. Second phone conversation two days later( which we had to reach out) finally made an appointment. Day of appointment, two hours before our appointment, she leaves a message on our phone that she had a conflict and had to reschedule… We called three time within a two day period, left messages… still NO RETURN CALL… if she doesn’t return calls for potential clients imagine how we would be treated if we hired her…no excuse for not returni... read more

I've worked with Annette on a few big custom designs for customers and her designs are very creative! Good at assessing customers wants and needs in creating their design. Extremely knowledgeable in her area of expertise without a doubt!!
