Nill Construction did excellent work to repair our shop back to new condition after a wind/hail storm. They were professional, matched the materials and colors perfectly. There was a scratched window in the garage door panel we didn’t know about and they took it upon themselves to get the manufacturer to replace the window. I would highly recommend Nill Construction.

Got Tim on the phone to see if he was interested in a project and before I could even ask him about it or give him any details he told me he “wasn’t interested” and hung up. He made it seem like I was trying to sell him something so I called again 10 seconds later to tell him I wasn’t trying to sell him anything and he repeated to me, “And I’m telling you I’m not interested!” Very poor customer service to not even let me speak and tell them what the project was.

I called Nill Construction and spoke with Tim who took the time to listen to the problem I was facing with what I believed was water getting in around a window. Tim came up with some possibilities of what was causing the issue and when I asked when they might be able to look at it, he said they may be able to later this week, which I was happy to hear. We are very pleased with our new home! The crew was always available to answer our questions. The quality of the work done is what impressed us most about Nill Construction. I highly recommend Tim and his team for any projects, they're very knowledgeable and always make the extra effort to ensure complete satisfaction!
