Zero communication, response time was awful.
Has no empathy. For my first new patient appointment, she did nothing. Wasn't prepared, asked me nothing, had no empathy, no bedside manners, and said if you have any problems, let's set up another appointment. And my insurance charged me for $470 for this!!!
Glad I moved providers.
Three words to describe the care I received from Dr. Desai: rude, dismissive, neglectful. If you need a referral for a specialist, this is the place to go because she won’t actually do anything else (except maybe tell you you’re fine and offer an anti-depressant).
Today my wife went to see doctor Desai for her physical exam and doctor said she will not do her physical in the first visit Because first visit is just for greeting and they charged $25 co pay to just greet. I have a question who pays money to greet a doctor. Is this a joke?? And doctor was so rude with my wife and my wife was told that she needs a psychiatrist.. psychiatrist for physical exam.. I don’t know who issues the license to doctor desai to practice. I request to cancel her license imm
