Zero stars. I had a 4 PM first appointment to see the doctor. I arrived on time and filled out the paperwork. I was told the doctor was not in and agreed to see the PA. They told me in the future to cancel in 24 hours or they charge a no-show fee. I waited 40 minutes and was told I would be seen soon. After 50 minutes I left. They never said why they were delayed and never offered to have me see anyone. I guess they owe me $100 for their no show.
Very bad and unorganized office. Extremely disappointed because was told Dr Mehta was a great doctor, the staff is unprofessional and unhelpful, even managers.
I'm legit shocked this place has 5 stars. People that give this place 5 stars must not know any better. I was supposed to have an appointment today with Dr. Mehta in the Babylon office. I called a few hours earlier because I had questions about the new patient paperwork. When we arrived I was told the doctor isn't in and I can see either the physician assistant or a different doctor. Why weren't we notified earlier that the doctor wasn't in today?
