The MRI staff is excellent, but the Polish lady at the front desk should be further trained on customer service and execution of requests. She doesn’t provide answers or solutions to simple questions like what to do if the doctor can’t open the MRI disk they provide you with, or if the QR code doesn’t work; or even to send information to your home. Super helpful professional staff. I had claustrophobia and was very afraid of neck CT scan but thanks to the staff I did it and I am very happy. I recommend this place
Staff was very professional and helpful, I received 1st MRI and they totally made everything as easy as possible . I would recommend this place
