Niles was so easy to work with. He literally found our dream. He walked us through everything and just had a good attitude. He truly should be your option for finding a home couldn't have asked for a better person. Hes amazing!

The only reason why Niles didn't get one star is because he charged a discount rate relative to other Realtors. Otherwise, he certainly earned the one star. He wouldn't answer his phone and didn't call back. He didn't suggest anything to us. He didn't give us guidance on pricing or negotiating strategy. Other than posting our listing on the MLS and be there for a couple showings, he didn't add any value to our transaction or experience whatsoever. He didn't even attend our closing.
