I had a series of extremely stressful years and a childhood with a lot of painful memories that were holding me back on many fronts. Nile really pointed me in the direction with a single sentence. I have been seeing Dr. Sedgwick for a little over half a year, and I think he is a wonderful and very caring, compassionate therapist. He has a patient, quiet manner and he really listens to you speak. I'm an anxious person and he helps me put things in perspective and focus on what’s real and what’s important.
