I had a series of extremely stressful years and a childhood with a lot of painful memories that were holding me back on many fronts. Nile really pointed me in the direction with a single sentence. He is to the point and honest. Quick to ask questions and make sure he's following you correctly. Him stating calmly and in plan words that I was pushing myself very hard echoed in my mind for weeks. I've worked with Nile for several years now and cannot recommend him enough. He is compassionate, understanding, and meets people where they are. Whether you are going through personal tragedy or need someone to talk through life's problems with, he is a great therapist.

I have been seeing Dr. Sedgwick for a little over half a year, and I think he is a wonderful and very caring, compassionate therapist. He has a patient, quiet manner and he really listens to you speak. I'm an anxious person and he helps me put things in perspective and focus on what’s real and what’s important. No matter how bad the day is, every time I see him I feel more grounded and in the longterm, he has helped me find so much more direction and stability in life. In addition to all this, Dr.Sedgwick really cares about ... read more
