WOW! What an experience, Cameron and I visited the Nile in Richmond, she has opened my mind and cuisine tastes. The food was excelent and the taste and flavor youll never find with a steak and potato. Eating without tableware took a getting use to, but well worth the difference. The Staff was so helpfull and the atmosphere great.
This is an excellent restaurant. The food is savory and delicious and the wait staff is so friendly and courteous! Lovely place to eat!

Nice people, good food! I have enjoyed Ethiopian food in Addis and other places. The Nile is just what you would expect in a little bistro, intimate, good service, family ambiance. They were busy on a rainy Saturday night, so reservations are a good idea, particularly for parties. They have about 30 seats, and seem to have a regular clientel. Its in the VCU area with some adjacent parking, but watch out for the "empty" lot across the street - those guys tow!
