Not a good experience at all. They were pushy, and my beautiful dress looks trashy with the buttons & bustle added. I’m super disappointed - it cost almost a thousand dollars to get this done and I wish I never even walked in the door.
I am very impressed by their skills. They are always working on complex and elaborate dresses when I bring my alterations in. Quality is top notch. Service is excellent. My daughter is a wedding photographer who refers all her brides here which is why I started using them also. Highly recommend.
After doing some research on where to get my wedding dress dry cleaned, I settled on Nile Bridal & Alterations and it ended up being one of the best decisions I could have made. To be honest, Nile Bridal & Alterations was the second place that I went to. I had the best experience with my bridal alterations here! I didn’t realized when purchasing my wedding dress that the alterations would be a very complicated task, as my overdress was a very delicate fabric and extremely tedious. I’m so glad I brought it to Nile bridal. The knowledge and care they put in for every small detail on the fit is worth every penny! Both myself and my mother were so happy with the entire experience and our dresses came out perfect!
The attention to detail and love Su puts into her work is unmatched. I met Su back in 2019 when I brought a simple pair of leather tights in to be taken in. We connected instantly, I told her I was engaged and how once I got my wedding dress I would be bringing it to her.
