I am grateful to Dr. Shah and his staff for everything but to get access to his office via phone is impossible at times. Over the 2 years that I have been a patient here, making a simple phone call to get access to the front desk can be an absolute nightmare. The hold times are so long and frustrating. As someone who suffers chronic migraines and is impacted daily with aura and pain, being on the phone to reach your own neuro to see him or request your tests is daunting. I love Dr Shah he’s the best very funny great sense of humor & personality very knowledgeable and professional. & I also love Dr Luis Diaz as well very great Dr caring listens and takes his time answering questions.
