In 2019 I had an invasive nasal surgery at the recommendation of and performed by Dr. Aichnhaumik. It took a couple appointments before he took my issue (lack of smell and consistently stuffy nose) seriously. He decided on a surgery to remove polyps from my nose. Well, I woke up partway through the procedure. I will never forget the absolute fear of being unable to move at all, no pain but huge pressure on my face. Never thought I would find such an unprofessional provider, she wastes her patients time, she is not aware of anyone else’s time. Had me go through loops just to get her to become my PCP and then after wasting my time she said she wasn’t qualified enough as she is brand new, I am very patient but wasting your patients time for over 4 days to tell you at the end that she’s not comfortable treating you after she saw everything form the first appointment was a slap in the face. I am seeing Dr Aichbhaumik for idiopathic angioedema that I developed in my 60's. He has been knowledgeable and very willing to answer the multitude of questions that I've had. I never feel rushed at our appointments and before I leave the treatment plan (of which I am an active participant)is established and clear.
