Nila is exactly the kind of experience you want when you are looking for custom Indian wear! The showroom is designed so beautifully with exceptional detail showing us the artistry that they are capable of. Once I started browsing through all of Mayyur Girotra’s creations, I was immediately able to find unique pieces that I had to have. I had a wonderful experience getting a custom gown with Nila. I knew of Mayyur Girotra’s design work and very much wanted a gown designed by him to wear to a dear friend’s wedding in India. The people at Nila helped me to find the right style of dress, took all my measurements, then set up a WhatsApp thread so we could communicate easily throughout the process (Nila is in New Jersey, I’m in California, and the design atelier is in Delhi).
