Nik is wonderful, truly wonderful. Not only are they skillful at bodywork, but they also have incredibly thoughtful practices in place to best serve each client where they're at. Nik is an amazing and very caring massage therapist who has helped my frozen shoulder tremendously in the past, and is now helping with my sore neck. They always ask about any symptoms or issues and then address them during the massage. Nik also gives helpful exercise suggestions and other self-care advice to help between massages. I feel the Esalen technique they use is very relaxing and very healing. I always look forward to my massages with Nik and feel very cared for and healed afterwards.
This was so very very good! Nik is sensitive and gentle, but strong and made me feel so good! Foot pain that usually keeps me up at night faded to dull ache. Thanks, Nik!
