We hired Niko's to re-sod both our front and back yards which were in rough shape. Greg came out promptly to provide a quote and was able to work with our budget. He even managed to get the job squeezed in before a big bbq we had planned with very little notice. The crew showed up right on time, and were pleasant and hardworking. They appeared right on schedule and ultimately did a stellar job of installing the new sod and cleaning up totally before they left. In fact Niko's crew of 3 men did the same job in considerably less time it took another alleged landscaping company with a crew of 5 men to do a year prior for me. On the advice of the other company I had permanent racoon netting installed which I am sure contributed to dead sod and the lawn needing replacement. And I followed their watering protocol precisely.
