This has been the best home care service for my elderly mother. She feels so comfortable being able to talk in her own language. The caregivers are service oriented and work very hard. I recently had an accident and the first service I thought of was Nikoniko. I am so thankful for this service.

I don't know what I would do without Nikoniko. I found them just in time to help care for my mom after the pandemic took it's toll on her social network. The care workers treat her like she is their own family with love and attention and everything I could have hoped for. Keeping my mom at home is the ultimate goal and they have made this possible for the past 4 years. If you can, their care for your elderly family member will leave you without stress knowing they are in such wonderful hands.
I only found Nikoniko recently when a friend showed me their ad in The Bulletin (A journal of Japanese Canadian Community, History & Culture). I cannot say enough good things about the service I received from the moment I met their manager to conduct a free in-home consultation to reading about each visit online with pictures. I am very impressed with the care and companionship they provide for our mom. Good job ladies!
