we wanted to remodel our kitchen we were having a hard time finding someone who was licensed and insured . It was hard finding a contractor that We liked as well. well when Daniel came over he gave us a fair price and checked all the boxes so we decided to move forward. Work was completed on time and all I can say is Wow there work and attention to detail is amazing.
Don’t be fooled by other contractors with there agree to everything and under deliver tactics. Daniel is honest hard working and is a man of his word. The work came out amazing I count my be happier. Thanks Daniel

Nikolic Construction is the real deal. They're always on time, super honest, and you can bet they're fully licensed and bonded. What I love most is they get it right the first time around without cutting any corners. It's like having a buddy who's also a construction genius.
Build addition, on contract said 4 months. After 8 months it was half way done. We ended up cancelling the contract. They still owe me money for the jobs they have not finished (rough plumbing, electrical, mechanical, insulation, rain gutter). Yet he took advantage of me knowing that I don't know much about construction work. He asked me to pay upfront 100% for each milestone, before he started.
