This is an unfortunate situation/review because the doctor is fantastic! She took her time speaking to me and getting to know me. She was straight forward but had a wonderful bedside manner. Unfortunately, her support staff is so poor that I don’t think I can keep her as my doctor. The confusion that took place over imaging results caused me two weeks of unnecessary anxiety. Had a wonderful appt. with Dr. Ostrov. She takes her time and doesn’t make you feel rushed. She is very knowledgeable and seems invested in your well being and health. That’s hard to find these days. Very lucky I found her.
I don't review much on google, but for Dr. Ostrov I had to. Dr. Ostrov is wonderful! Finally a doctor who listens and knows a lot about peri-menopause.
Dr. Ostrov TRULY listens, explains things well, goes over all options. She knows her stuff and is very kind. Her front desk staff is wonderful as well!
Doctor Ostrov listens and provides you with a lot of information. She does not rush her patients and definitely tries to get to know you and provide you with as much information to make informed decisions about your health. She is knowledgeable and keeps up with modern advancements in her field. Her office is clean and efficient. Staff is kind and appointments are taken on time.
