I called the main line to let them know I would be late (by a few minutes) and how to proceed. I arrived exactly five minutes late where Tamara the receptionist proceeded to humiliate me loudly upon arrival and that the Dr was leaving early..I’m sure Dr. Ostrov is great, however I recommend training the greeter to not be so aggressive. I have a learning disability and this really made me feel awful afterwards. Please do better, especially in a female setting. Thank you.
This is an unfortunate situation/review because the doctor is fantastic! She took her time speaking to me and getting to know me. She was straight forward but had a wonderful bedside manner. Unfortunately, her support staff is so poor that I don’t think I can keep her as my doctor. The confusion that took place over imaging results caused me two weeks of unnecessary anxiety. Had a wonderful appt. with Dr. Ostrov. She takes her time and doesn’t make you feel rushed. She is very knowledgeable and seems invested in your well being and health. That’s hard to find these days. Very lucky I found her.
I don't review much on google, but for Dr. Ostrov I had to. Dr. Ostrov is wonderful! Finally a doctor who listens and knows a lot about peri-menopause.
Dr. Ostrov TRULY listens, explains things well, goes over all options. She knows her stuff and is very kind. Her front desk staff is wonderful as well!
