The owner can be unprofessional at times and her communication is way off… every time I book with her I never get the service. She’s always too quick to reschedule more than once or cancel. Have to keep texting her for a refund.
Very professional laid back atmosphere
Man I Was so excited to experience getting my lashes done by Nicole. Got to the shop & it was bit distasteful she had a slight gesture that was uncomfortable. The lash bed was so hard and she didn’t offer anything for my neck I had to lay flat on a hard bed for 2hrs. By the time I gave in a told her to stop the service the glue was burning my eyes and she wasn’t concerned or the placement on the bed she never asked was I comfortable not once.
