I was treated like a number—not a person. I followed the office’s instructions, paid hundreds for hormone bloodwork in advance, and was still denied appropriate refills due to a “new policy” that was obviously never explained to me. I had a really disappointing experience with Dr Bobadilla, mostly due to an extreme lack of communication and a very pushy approach from the doctor. From the beginning, I felt like I wasn’t being listened to, and important details were either not explained at all or only mentioned after the fact.
