This was one of the most upsetting medical appointments I’ve had. The doctor was rushed, dismissive, and showed no empathy whatsoever. I repeatedly tried to explain my concerns, but she did not listen and cut me off. The visit felt impersonal and transactional, like being moved through an assembly line rather than treated as a human being.

I’ve been a patient for over 20 years. I began seeing Dr. Bobadilla after Dr. Milano retired, and for the past three years she has managed my prescriptions without issue. In October, when I called to refill my prescriptions and schedule my annual appointment for January, I was told I needed bloodwork prior to receiving refills. That seemed reasonable. I was treated like a number—not a person. I followed the office’s instructions, paid $400 for hormone bloodwork in advance, and was still denied appropriate refills due to a “new policy” that was obviously never explained to me. My labs were only 3 months old, yet I was forced to redo them immediately instead of at the actual six-month mark. Which is what the "New" policy stated. During my last visit at Summit Health Group Dr Bobadilla was a very thorough and professional doctor. She spend her time asking questions and listening to my concerns and was very pleasant and I had a great experience with her and I am very happy I found her!
