Dr. Puffinbarger was an incredible advocate for our son from the moment she became involved in his case in the ED. She got things moving in the ED when others couldn’t, and made sure our son was receiving competent and quick care. We were growing increasingly frustrated that people in the ED couldn't start an IV on our son and weren't moving things along quickly despite acknowledging the emergent nature of his situation. Dr. Puffinbarger followed me throughout my pregnancy, because I was high risk, my baby had CPAM. She gave me hope when I was hopeless, she was very knowledgeable, kind, and understanding about the situation, long story short she performed a lobectomy on my baby when she turned one,I was a ball of nerves but once again Dr. Puff ( that's what she told me to call her) and her team assured me everything was going to be fine and it was! I’m surprised at these reviews. The office is so disorganized. They called me several times telling me different results about my child. Then had to nerve to deny it and force us to rebook several appointments just to tell us the wrong information again.
