Treated Like A Piece Of Meat I went in last week to have my teeth removed and felt like a cattle going through the line; the lady at the front desk couldnt figure out my insurance at first and when the girls in back made a mistake she was rude to her. When they finally did get it right they told me how much I would have to pay and gave me a prescription for Amoxicillien even though I am allergic to it! Had to go back 4 times for pain from wisdom teeth extraction. Treated me like I was making up pain to get drugs. But lo and behold...4th visit they finally pulled out a fragment. Told me part of my jaw bone? Really? Office didn't see that on prior 3 visits that included X-rays? If part of my jaw bone, why did it come out like not attached to anything? Care nothing of the pain THEY caused, said to take ibuprofen, gee thanks!
I don't understand why all the bad ratings unless these people maybe do not have teeth and maybe this was their first visit to a dentist. I only use dentist that are approved by all of the major insurance companies as they have to pass many inspections to even be qualified to be apart of a network in which all of the Nikodem offices are. I have been going to Nikodem for years and recently used the new Warrenton location on the way home from a business meeting. They will injure you, and then make it seem like it's your fault--as if there's something wrong with you. I don't know if Dr. Nikodem sold his business, as he is no longer seeing patients. But whatever the case may be, some of the current staff is driving his business straight into the ground--with his name on it.
Bad service!!! Poor quality work. Bad doctor. Went to get my denture there and I have never had so much trouble with them and then treated rudely. Took my business elsewhere. Wouldn't let my enemies go there
