I was visiting from Texas had a flat tire and on a Friday morning they had me back on the road in less than 2 hours. They are a Great crew of men!!
I went to the servcice department today with a problem that an oil change service in the state of Virginia caused two eyars ago. I am afraid I was a little rude to the service mangaer. He listened to me, asked questions that showed he listened to me. He provided the necessary information such as availibity of parts. Two hours later he called with the problems fixed. Very good service! I will call Nikles first from now on to fix my Jeep Cherakee.
Excellent service. Good advice. Outstanding sales people. We buy our vehicles here and they get serviced here. They make the extra effort for their customers!!
After dealing with several other dealers and not being happy in the long run we finally found nikles! They have treated us very well, bought our first vehicle there 2 years ago and just bought our second one. Doug is honest and realistic about what you need to do and should expect. Would recommend them to everyone before any of the dealers in Springfield!
